NY Brewfest Brewery Registration Form

Brand Label Registration: The NYS Liquor Authority requires that all beers represented at the event must have a NYS Brand Label Registration Certificate on file with the event organizer. Please fax copies of BLR's to: David Katleski @ 315-475-7103.

  • Beer Needs: The equivalent of 4 – ½ kegs are required to participate.
    List Beers & Styles in fields below:

  • Festival Provides: Co2 , 10’ x 10’ Tented Area, One 8’ table with black skirting and white covered top, Dump Bucket, Rinse Water, Booth ID Sign & Ice. We will also provide parking, a meal voucher to be used during the festival and a post-fest Brewers Appreciation party. NYBrewfest also provides local, regional, national and international marketing, advertising & promotions.

    NYS Breweries Only: Arrangements will be made with each participating NY brewery for the pick-up, delivery and set-up of your beer to Governors Island at no cost to you. Jockey boxes or a beer delivery system is also required and will be picked up along with your kegs. The festival will supply the Co2.

  • ***Be advised, the NYS Liquor Authority requires that all beers must be poured by non-employees of the brewery or distributor. Only those on this list will be allowed entrance. ***Number of personnel is limited to 3 people.
